This is sad but not surprising given the pressure on rock stars...One of the greatest singers of the last 20 years goes to rehab.

man - that's really sad but good he's getting help this soon into things it sounds like. Funny thing is the first time I saw him sing, something told me he had some issues. As well I saw a concert special on HDTV and the guy seemed to act like he had a HUGE ego and some issues beyond that. But really sad. I wonder how much is truly the rock and roll culture, which of course is of issue no matter what, and how much is of course the all too often "artist temperment/mind/personality" that historically seems tormented with this stuff.
