Cure for AIDS?

Iran's president Ahmadinejad is slated to announce that his country has found an herbal cure or AIDS. Interesting... I hope he is right, but I have to admit that I am skeptical. He'll probably broker a deal with the US where he gives us the cure as long as we commit to nuking Israel.
