z, first of all...I can't believe that you posted about this. Second of all, i thought it was a milestone in my life when I bought a crock pot. I felt like a true adult.
Does this mean you are going to make dinner some night with one of these recipes?
Is it true that using crock pots breakes down the nutrients in food?
