Whoa. Just did mine...it has a street view where you can scroll up and down the street like you're driving by. It's taken within the last 7 months...freaky deeky
yeah, I checked this out awhile ago and you can see my truck sitting on the street! hilarious. My truck made it on google maps.
I'm a geek, so I think this is cool. Useful if you want to check out the neighborhood before moving somewhere.
What's amazing is how the coverage is rapidly growing, even into rural areas.

Actually, most homes, and their tax value, sq footage, etc is all on your county assessors website. This is probably where the pic came from.
BTW: Where is your lawn? I love Iowa!
Zach, where is your house at. Dude, when I saw it I thought you were living in our old house in ABQ. It is totally the same model, I think. We lived on Stream Stone in Stonebridge. Funny if you do live near where we did. Justin Edgar
