PushUpdate - End of Week 3 (Repeat)


Today I finished my repeat of week 3 in the One Hundred Pushup Challenge. I did much better than my first try at week 3 last week.

Here was today's workout with the prescribed 2 minutes rest between each set.

Max set (do as many as you can until failure, min 29) - 40

I am feeling some good gains so it seems like the program is really working well. I know some of you out there are still doing this. How is it going?

I'm only on week two, but its been a worthwhile run so far.

I've added the twist of also doing the same number of sit ups to get rid of my 30-something gut.

So far so good.

I'm not looking forward to week 3. Looks painful.

I just finished week 3 and I've gone from less than 5 (what a wimp) to more than 20 when I max out. It's great!
