For Christians who've always wanted to dabble in "Guitar Hero," but can't bear riffing to songs like "Cheat on the Church," "Cowboys From Hell" or "The Number of the Beast," finally, there's a video game for you.

actually I don't think that's totally such a bad thing. If my kid was into Guitar Hero, which she's not, I'd be fine with her having this instead of or along with Guitar Hero. However I'd much rather see these guitar games actually have some shred of actual learning on a real guitar however, rather than the controller things. I've never actually played one but from what I understand, it really has little or nothing at all to do with any real playing technique.
Agreed. Are there good Christian songs I wouldn't mind playing on my copy of Guitar Hero or Rock Band? Sure! But they might as well subtitle this Guitar Praise: Shameless Cheap Knock-Off Cash-Grap.

John,
I hear you and probably feel the same way to a degree. I just grow weary of Christian copy everything...
