Sara Groves has a Christmas CD - 'O Holy Night" - that from the samples sounds very good.
I've only heard one song, thus far, from the Fernando Ortega Christmas CD-- but it's the best song by a Christian that I've heard all year. The man doesn't just have a gift-- he *is* a gift, by God's grace!
