This is HILARIOUS. I love it-- the Onion displaying a more "conservative" sense of humor! My friend Greg and I come up with "skits" and humorous scenarios like this one all the time-- we need to find a way to actually get them out to people!
Except that there's LOTS to talk about now that Obama is elected. Like . . . what kind of puppy they're going to get the girls, and how they're going to deal with Malia's allergies, and the fact that they wanted to get a shelter dog, but in order to get a hyper allogenic dog, it probably has to be purebred, which most shelters dogs are "muts" ("muts like me" - direct quote from Obama in his press conferenced today if you didn't see it.) (Which was actually a really good press conference by the way.)
So there . . . LOT's to talk about afterwards!!!! *grin* :-)

You're very correct when you said "Obama Voter" as I think I'm probably the only Obama voter that reads your blog. *grin*
