Brightest Moon Tonight

I guess tonight's moon is as bright as we'll see all year. Go out and check it out. I just went in the backyard and you could read a book out there it's so bright.

I praise God that he gives us such good gifts to experience.

Calvin aptly writes:
"...wherever you cast your eyes, there is no spot in the universe wherein you cannot discern at least some sparks of his glory. You cannot in one glance survey this most vast and beautiful system of the universe, in it's wide expanse, without being completely overwhelmed by the boundless force of it's brightness."
- John Calvin, The Institutes of the Christian Religion, 1.5.1 (p. 52 in the McNeil edition)

Here in central Texas at about 2:00 this morning, there were high clouds that formed a 22 degree halo around the moon. I hope my photos came out.
