From Gina Dalfonzo @ the Point:
(HT: James Grant)Perhaps it’s time to update an old saying: Those who misunderstand the past are doomed to repeat it. Those who thought (or hoped) that the Terri Schiavo case was over and done with when she died have found themselves mistaken, now that Barack Obama has nominated her husband’s lawyer, Thomas Perrelli, as U.S. associate attorney general. And those who thought that case was only about “‘government intervening in a private family matter’” may find themselves unhappily disillusioned if one of the pro-life movement’s biggest foes gets this high-level job.

This is odd, because the Christians who all so did anything during the campaign to avoid reality because they really really really wanted to vote for Barack Obama assured us that he cared just as much about life as we do.
After all, when he was pandering to them, that's exactly what they told them, and they ate up.
