I loved that.I stood behind Mr. Perlman at the elevators when he was dropping his daughter off for her first day at the Rice University Shepherd School of Music... I almost introduced myself but chickened out. I also missed teaching his daughter ear training by one semester! Ah, the missed bragging rights of the nerdy.
LOVED this! Eric missed it and I was telling him how incredible it was. Thanks so much for posting this, Zach.
I read that they didn't actually play the day of due to cold weather, but rather a pre-recorded clip from a few days before.Still freakin' amazing...but fun to think briefly of those 3 in the same category as milli.
