I think maybe Planned Parenthood's employees' assumptions are completely different than many of ours. From watching the undercover videos, it appears that Planned Parenthood thinks a minor female is mature enough to consent to sex with an adult male (whatever the law may say), and therefore she is mature enough to consent to the elective surgery of abortion.
