The speech from the MEP you posted was more eloquent, but this one is really "boxing him about the ears." It reminded me of the scene in Amazing Grace when Wilberforce says, "You cannot drown out the voice of the people" and Lord Tarleton says with disgust, "The PEOPLE?!"
