My six-year-old recently lost his first tooth. He got 50cents from the "tooth fairy". He was pumped. Full of questions too. My favorite was, "Does the Tooth Fairy know about Jesus?" He felt it would be nice to leave a little note of thanks after he got his money. You can see it above, with attached Pixie Sticks. He left it under his pillow for her. The Tooth Fairy was pleased to get his note and wrote him back to say "you're welcome". He could hardly contain his excitement with this second piece of correspondence. It was a great morning seeing him so elated. I love this kid.

gotta love kids and their imagination ... we tried doing the whole tooth fairy thing with our little 6 yr old Emie, and she wasn't fooled! :) she knew it was mom and dad trying to have some fun! ah well .. she's still got quite the imagination.
