Why is it that everyone is hysterical about proclaiming the negative effects of fast food and tobacco and their respective billion-dollar industries, but the fact that the sex industry is just as large and arguably much more harmful goes relatively unmentioned?

I think it should be noted there are medically valid reasons that DO cause impotence, not just porn, for which prescription drugs and other treatments are helpful and valid for use. (not speaking from experience here but just common knowledge!)
