Dr. Mohler's experience is very similar to mine except that I am still using my first generation Kindle. While reading is not exactly the same as a "real" book, the ability to carry a huge library in your briefcase is a big plus.
One additional thing that I have done with mine is create 10 separate Kindle books each containing the Biblical books from the sections of Dr. Horner's Bible Reading plan. Using the Kindle I no longer need to juggle 10 bookmarks to utilize this excellent plan for reading God's Word.
Jerry, how did you go about creating the 10 separate books? Did you create PDFs? Or download 10 different bible ebooks? I'm looking to do the Horner system on my kindle as well, but find it difficult.
