In Defense of Proselytism

Trevin Wax with a very helpful perspective on how to think through the Brit Hume situation.  Please read.  This has many implications for how we do evangelism and how we can help people think clearly about what it means to live in a pluralistic society.   These talking points are essential to understand as you discuss your convictions with non-Christians.

there are ways to evangelize which don't "cast the pearls before swine" so to speak. brit hume doing it this way makes christians look bad. a general, televised statement is not the way to lovingly speak to a person about Christ. i cringed as i listened to his little admonition.
