Wild Weekend
Just got back to Albuquerque after driving 24 hours to Madison with almost every possession that we own in the back of a huge Penske truck. We put all our stuff in storage up there because we closed on our house here and had to move out. I will miss Albuquerque mainly because of the great relationships here and the great weather but Madison has got to be one of the coolest cities in the whole country. I can't wait to get there. We'll be up there for good at the beginning of June. It didn't hurt that it was 70 and sunny in Madison this past weekend. I certainly know it won't stay that way for long.
Planting a church seems quite daunting at times but we are excited about our team and look forward to what God has in store in the near future and beyond. If you know anyone in Madison who might want to connect with me concerning our new church please let me know in the comments or email.

I assume you'll be blogging your way through the church planting process? Your journey could be an awesome model for others!
from what I have read Albuquerque isn't exactly the warmest place in the U.S. either - it is listed as one of the TOP TEN cities with temps 32 or below for 100 days of the year - doesn't sound much different than Milwaukee! You'll survive :)
