If you're a regular reader of my blog, Life2gether, you probably already know that I have two twin passions: building community and building family through gospel-centered relationships. I love to teach and give vision to these two passions of mine, which is why I’m so excited to recommend two resources that help articulate these passions in clear and practical ways. They are:
Gospel-Centred Church: Becoming the Community God Wants You to Be by Ed Moll and Tim Chester
Gospel-Centered Family: Becoming the Parents God Wants You to Be by Steve Timmis and Tim Chester
Both of these resources (from the GoodBook Company) are laid out in simple, concise chapters with questions for reflection, making them ideal for small group application. I hope to go through them with others in my church, and I encourage you to do the same.

Two comments. One important, one not so much. 1.) These books are awesome! We've done the Gospel-Centred Church book and are in the middle of the family one. Excellent!! for small groups. 2.) Moll co-authored the family one and Timmis co-authored the church one. Just an FYI.
