Ed Stetzer on the Rise of Popularity in Church Planting (Encouragements and Concerns)

I resonate with what Ed says here. That last thing we need is for church planting to be motivated by a desire to just do the next cool thing. Church Planting is becoming more sexy these days and that is a good thing but it will have no sustenance if we are not thoughtful as the Church about those who are enabled to plant and if we just do it because it is "the thing to do" in the same way that seeker services were the "thing to do" twenty years ago.
