Called To Rest or Suffer or Both?

Great food for thought here from Darryl Dash.  We are wrestling with this issue in significant ways right now as I church plant, work part-time at the Apple store and have a wife and four kids.  We simply don't have much margin in our lives right now.  Should we adjust or is this a good cross to bear in light of the mission?
