This has actually been discussed online, Ballmer from Microsoft was giving a presentation at a conference and the conference was using Mac laptops for all their presenters. All he did was provide the presentation to the conference, they put it on the computer.

Microsoft doesn't make hardware (at least not laptops), and you can run Windows on a Mac these days.
