Zach: I was at Q when Dave spoke...and he ended up being my favorite "I've never heard of this guy before" speaker...primarily because I found his topic to be surprisingly relevant, not trite, and deeply compelling. I think his challenge to speak to suburban idols (like "my kid's happiness") is helpful and powerful for church-planting. Darrin Patrick's new Church Planter book touches on this, too.
