That is nuts, man! I bet it'll speed up talks about building a new stadium for the Vikings up there.
I don't know how this stuff works, but I'm sure the insurance check could go a long ways to convince the public of Minnesota to take the leap into a new building project.
Seems stupid to fix it, when the building is so old.
