Dreaming Something In Your Head and Then Seeing It Come to Fruition

Shaun Groves describes the feeling of writing a song with perhaps just a simple melody and guitar and then recording it with a band.  I have experienced this many times and his words nail it.
I don’t know what to call that part of the process. Recording sounds too mundane. Smiling for eight hours every day? Yea, that works. This is my favorite part of the process – the puppets become real live boys. I sometimes cry during this process – so amazing when something I only partly hear in my head comes to fully alive in the hands of the greater musicians. Feels supernatural. Every time.
The reflection of our Creator is alive in these moments.  He loves to create.  We do too.  What a joy to participate in the things that God loves.
