In my brief stint in tech support, we had our training to fall back on, plus several internal tools. But it was standard (and encouraged) practice to keep a Google window open and available.

This is cute lol I tend to walk on water and the sky brightens up when I show up to fix stuff...
Of corse the house down the road the sky is dark smoke rising from the house and you can smell sulfur and don't you know it theres a geek squad VW in the driveway.....
