An Interview With an IronMan

Today in Madison is the annual IronMan triathlon. Don't know that the IronMan is? This is what it is:
2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike and a 26.2 marathon run.

With. Out. Stopping.

Crazy.

My good buddy, Travis Else, is doing this insane race and I thought it would be interesting to interview him concerning what it takes to pull off what he is about to do.  This is fascinating stuff.

two things:

1. My god given right as an American is to be fat and lazy and play Playstation 3 football rather than exercising.

2. Zach, are you checking your messages as you conduct the interview? :)

Travis is much more interesting when he is wearing an ascot.

Thanks Zach. Interesting interview.

Loved what Travis was saying at the end about the parallels between his training and discipleship.
