I had to post this clip on FB because the city I live in (I'm in CA bay area) has BANNED all plastic bags and now charge for paper bags, so we are all encouraged to bring our own bags EVERYWHERE. Even Target.
I live in Portland. I don't get it, why'd he forget his bag?
