If you are aiming to build a culture that exists for mission then I highly encourage you to put in the leg-work on the front end, in terms of a gospel reorientation. I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, but I do know this: when the Holy Spirit grips people’s hearts with the truth of the gospel (conviction) he brings about unexplainable, unplanned evidences of grace (action).Read the rest.
