Saudi sex braggart gets 5 years, 1,000 lashes.
In our country he would get high fives and his own reality TV show.
No, I am not advocating for "legalized morality". But we do it already. Ever got a speeding ticket?
It's just an interesting contrast. Neither legalism nor licentiousness can produce holiness.

I've always found the whole "you can't legislate morality," think a bit odd. I see the point, but the reality is that we do legislate morality all the time. In fact, every law is intended to legislate morality - whether on the subject of murder, theft, rape, etc. The real question is not whether we will "legislate morality," but rather "what morality will we attempt to legislate?"
I know this is unrelated to your post, but I have followed your blog for some time and enjoy it. Your faith and musical taste intrigue me. Would you consider putting together say a post on top 10 must have albums for your blog? I am interested and always on the look out for good music. Grace and Peace to you.
