I think this is good, but I think Piper would have had an even better answer because ultimately the gospel helps those struggling with any sin by increasingly filling our lives with the love of God so that sin seems increasingly trivial and vial. The sustaining motivation has to be that God's way of sexuality is better and the gospel helps us see that.
