Go Easy on the Soda
I had a friend in college who drank 6 Mountain Dews a day and he didn't like to brush his teeth very often. All that nasty drinking literally ate away his teeth.

andy's cousin did the same- drank a ton of mt dew a day and he lost his front teeth.. had to get fake ones recently. he is only in his 20's. crazy!
